OUR STORY
Queens of Production was made based on a Zoom Call that Toni created at the top of the 2020 pandemic.
With over 30+ amazing Queens in various positions and stages in production, Toni realized everyone
went through similar trials and triumphs being a freelance creative. We know the entertainment industry
has over the years glamorized our culture while behind-the-scenes numbers are still low in the
positions that help create the tv/film/social media magic. Since the call, QOP has grown to be a resourceful tool as we will
continue to educate, advocate, elevate, and collaborate with others who want to change the narrative!
The Faces Behind QOP
Toni is based in Los Angeles, CA. Her background of arts began in North Hollywood High School but progressed when she attended University of California, Davis. With a degree in Dramatic Arts, Toni’s multifaceted work landed her a job after college as Executive Assistant for Pilgrim Studios- Legal and Post Production departments. With over 9 years of experience in TV productions, she has explored as a Field/Post Story Producer in various shows - MAX’s Legendary S2, My Killer Body with K Michelle, and MACRO/Roku's The Next Black Millionaires!
Toni works across documentary and social media content as a Producer & Editor. On the other side, Toni is developing her role in EP/Showrunner with her first QOP project CULTURE COUTURÉ PODCAST with Mother Shannon Balenciaga in collaboration with Hello Fallon Entertainment.
Sarah is based in Los Angeles, CA. She has over 8 years of experience in TV production. She currently works as an Operations Manager and Creative Producer for a kids and family production and distribution company. With a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre Arts and a dynamic career spanning entertainment production and digital marketing, she has established herself as a versatile and accomplished professional.

The year 2021 marked her pivotal role as a two-time Emmy Award-winning Associate Producer for Judge Judy’s latest show “Judy Justice” with Amazon Studios.

Simultaneously, her dedication to social media has empowered small businesses and entrepreneurs, and currently works with QOP as the official Social Media Manager.
